1. Conditions of sale


The offer and sale of products on centroesteticocatia.it are governed by these Conditions of Sale. Products purchased on centroesteticocatia.it are sold directly by Easy Mosaic srls with registered office in Italy, Via San Pietro, 370 - 30023 Concordia Sagittaria (VE), Tax Code and VAT n. 04370490270. The images and colours of products offered for sale on centroesteticocatia.it may not correspond exactly to the real ones due to the internet browser or monitor being used.

2. How to enter into a contract with the seller


To enter into a purchase contract for one or more products on centroesteticocatia.it, the buyer must fill out the electronic order form and send it to the seller by electronic means, following the relevant instructions.

Before proceeding to the purchase of products, by sending the order form, the buyer will be requested to read carefully the General Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. The seller will also provide a summary of the conditions and methods to exercise the right of withdrawal, as well as the methods and time frames to return products purchased. The buyer will be provided with further indications with regards to the circumstances in which they will lose the right to cancel the contract. If applicable, during purchase the buyer will be informed that in the event of withdrawal, they will have to bear the cost for returning the products.

The contract is concluded when the seller receives the buyer's ectronic order and verifies the correctness of the details in it. The seller is not required to ship the products until payment has been received. Once the payment is received, the seller agrees to ship the products available within 7 business days.

The order will be a filed in our database for the period of time required to process your order, and as required by law. The order can be accessed by clicking on the My Orders section.

The seller may not process incomplete or incorrect purchase order, or in the event of product unavailability. In such cases, the seller shall inform the buyer by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that the seller has not processed the purchase order, specifying the reasons.

By sending the order form, the buyer unconditionally accepts and commits to observe these General Terms and Conditions.

By submitting the order form, the buyer cnfirms to have read and accepted the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information on centroesteticocatia.it, including those provided through links, as well as the General Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and the Return Policy.

Once the contract has been made, the seller will send the buyer a receipt of the purchase order by e-mail that contains the number of order and all specifications of the products purchased.

4. Payments


The buyer shall follow the instructions on the order form to proceed with the payment of the products and their shipping and delivery costs.

Financial information will not be used by the seller unless it is for the processing of the purchase order, issuing refunds in the event of product returns, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report to the authorities a fraud comitted on centroesteticocatia.it.

7. Refund times and methods


Upon receiving the returned products, the seller shall verify whether the conditions and time limits specified in the Returns and Refunds section were met. In the event of positive outcome, the seller shall confirm via e-mail the acceptance of the returned products. In the event the conditions and time limits were not met, the seller shall inform the buyer via email about the value decrease of the returned products. At the same time, the seller shall inform the buyer about the amount that will be deducted; this is without prejudice to alternatively re-obtaining the products in the state in which they were returned to the seller at your own expense.

The refund shall be processed by the seller as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which the seller became aware of buyers's exercising their right of withdrawal after verification of the proper implementation of the right of withdrawal and verification of products returned.

The seller shall process the refund for the returned products by using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the event the individual indicated in the "ship to" section of the order is defferent from the individual indicated in the "bill to" section of the order, the refund shall be executed in favour of the individual who paid for the products. .

The re-credit amount shall be the same as the credit; the buyer shall not be subject to any loss in terms of bank interest.

The client is required to pay the expenses for the return of the products, and any loss or damage to products during transport remains responsibility of the buyer, as indicated in the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal.

8. Applicable law and settlement of disputes


The General Conditions of Sale are governed by the Italian law, and in particular by Legislative Decree No 206 of 6 September 2005 on the consumer code in Section 1 "Consumer rights in contracts", with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain electronic commerce aspects.

In the event of a dispute arising from the General Conditions of Sale between the seller and each final user, the competent court of jurisdiction shall be the local court at the user's place of residence (art. 66 of Legislative Decree 2016/2005).

9. Modification and update


The General Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time in consideration of regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale shall be effective from the date of their publication on www.centroesteticocatia.it.

Right of withdrawal


If for any reason the buyer is not satisfied with their order, they can exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty within 14 days from the date the products purchased on centroesteticocatia.it were received. The items must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date when the buyer communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract with the seller. Products shall be returned at buyer’s expense only after sending an email to www.centroesteticocatia.it indicating the order number, the product code and any additional notes (the seller shall send a confirmation e-mail upon receipt of the request for withdrawal). Exchange of products is not possible. The buyer is only responsible for the decrease of value of the product as a result of manipulation different from the one necessary to verify the nature, the characteristics and the proper functioning of the goods (art. 57 from Legislative Decree 206/2005). The execution of the right of withdrawal is governed by the Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 59.

10. Refunds conditions


Any item purchased from our Store can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Here's how:
1. Ensure that the items are in the same condition as they were received.
2. Send an email to info@centroesteticocatia.it indicating the order number, the product code and any notes included in the order
3. Follow the instructions included in the e-mail sent by the seller once the approval of the return is confirmed
4. Place the document with the return number you received by email inside the package that contains the product to return
5. Call any courier (the buyer shall cover the cost of shipping), and send it to the address indicated in the e-mail
6. Products must not be damaged
If the buyer complied with all the required conditions, the seller shall refund the full price of the purchased products. The buyer is responsible for the return costs of products purchased. The buyer shall be contacted if the return is not accepted due to not meeting any of the conditions in the previous paragraph. In that case, the buyer can choose to have the products returned back at their expense. In that case if the buyer refuses to accept the return shipment Easy Mosaic srls reserves the right to retain the products as well as the amount corresponding to the price of purchase of the products themselves.

11. Refund times and methods


Upon receiving the returned products the seller shall verify that all requirements have been met and shall send an email to the buyer confirming the acceptance of the returned products. The refund shall be processed by the seller as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date when the seller became aware of buyer’s exercising their right of withdrawal and after verification of the proper implementation of the right of withdrawal with respect to the requirements listed above.
